Will it work with my POS?
Yes. There's no hardware or integration needed—redeem through your regular till. Sell online using Shopify? Ask about our custom Shopify App for streamlined integration across your physical and online sales.
How do customers receive their gift?
Digital gifts arrive by text or email, instantly or scheduled. Physical gifts are printed, hand-packed and sent by GiftPop on your behalf via nationwide tracked courier.
Can I sell to overseas customers?
Yes absolutely. Friends and family overseas can buy a gift for someone in New Zealand. Digital gifts can be sent anywhere by text or email, and physical gifts are delivered to addresses within New Zealand. You have the option to pass on the international processing fee costs to international customers.
How does in-store redemption work?
Our easy redeem only takes seconds. The recipient brings their luxury physical voucher, or Apple/Google Wallet pass. Your team scans the QR code with any smartphone camera. The voucher validates instantly, then you ring it through your regular till as a voucher payment. Partial redemption? No problem - it has an option for that too.
How and when do I get paid?
Net voucher funds are transferred automatically into your Stripe account with each transaction. You'll receive automatic payouts into your business bank account via Stripe.
How long does setup take?
Usually under 10 minutes. You choose if you want to edit the voucher types suggested by GiftPop. The voucher range and associated images are fully editable by you so everything is always on brand.
